Creating podcasts of your lectures has a variety of benefits.
- You are able to listen to and review your own lectures.
- Students are able to listen to things that they have missed.
- Commuter students who find it difficult to read whilst traveling are able to study.
- Students are able to study by listening at different times during the day... like when they are walking between classes.
Think of it this way, if you podcast your lectures, every time you see a student with headphones in their ears, they could be listening to what you have to say, learning... instead of memorizing the lyrics of the latest Eminem song!
